Veloura is a curated marketplace built for Australian jewellers. You upload your pieces, we showcase them, customers enquire or purchase, and you fulfil the order directly. Simple, controlled and designed around independent studios.
Joining and listing are free. We charge a capped 5 percent commission on successful sales.
Subscription fees will begin only once the platform is consistently generating traffic and sales. All early jewellers receive an extended free period during our launch phase.
No. You can leave at any time. You control your studio and your stock.
No. Start with 3 to 5 hero pieces to gain exposure, and add more whenever you are ready.
You control all pricing and descriptions. We do not alter your listings or value your pieces.
POA is fine if you prefer.
You do. You handle fulfilment and customer questions. We provide the marketplace and exposure, but you keep the customer relationship.
Your own studio policies apply. You set your return rules and warranties. We support the process but do not override your policies.
